How to Get to the Trading Hub in Adopt Me

Adopt Me added a Trading Hub on July 31, 2026, and it works nothing like the old method of hopping between servers, hoping to spot the right player. Instead, you get a Trading Phone that summons a hot air balloon and flies you straight to a shared space where every listing on the board comes from players across all servers, not just the one you happen to be in.

Getting there isn't automatic though. The Trading Phone only shows up in your toy inventory once you've met three separate conditions, and missing even one of them keeps the balloon grounded. In this article, we'll explore how to unlock the Trading Phone, meet all requirements, and travel to the Trading Hub in Adopt Me.

What You Need to Unlock the Trading Phone

The Trading Phone doesn't just appear in your inventory when the update loads in. You have to earn it, and that means clearing three separate requirements before the game hands it to you for free through the Guide.

You need two hours of total time spent in Adopt Me. If you've been playing for a while already, there's a good chance you've cleared this one without even checking.

You'll also need a Trade License, earned by passing the quiz at the Safety Hub on Adoption Island. If you've traded ultra-rares or legendaries before, you likely already have this too. The requirement that catches out newer players is owning your first Neon pet. Neon pets come from aging four copies of the same pet to Full Grown and combining them, which takes time if you're starting from nothing. Once all three are marked complete, open the Guide and claim the Trading Phone from the goals path. It won't appear in your inventory on its own.

How to Travel to the Trading Hub

Once the Trading Phone shows up in your inventory, getting to the hub only takes a few taps.

1. Open your Backpack and go to the Toys tab.

2. Equip the Trading Hub Phone.

3. Click the phone to open its menu.

4. Select "Travel to Hub."

5. Confirm the prompt by clicking "Yes."

A hot air balloon picks you up and carries you out of the standard Adoption Island map. The loading screen tells you the trip worked, and you land directly in the Trading Hub once it finishes.

What You Can Do Once You're There

Inside the Trading Hub, you'll find two bots waiting to help with cross-server trades, Robo-Todd and Robo-Rob.

• Robo-Todd handles your listings. Talk to him to post what you're offering and what you want in return. Each listing costs 100 Bucks, and you can only have two active at once by default, with a third slot purchasable for 49 Robux. He's also who you go to if you want to check offers made on your listing or modify one that isn't getting attention.

• Robo-Rob handles searches. Tell him what you're looking for, and he pulls up matching listings from across every server, not just the one you're in. If there's no exact match, he'll show similar listings instead so you're not left empty-handed.

Any pet you commit to a listing or offer gets locked while it's active, so you can't equip, modify, or trade it elsewhere until you cancel or complete that trade. The hub also blocks offers that are heavily imbalanced, so don't expect to get away with offering a common pet for a legendary one.

The Trading Hub gives Adopt Me players a faster way to find the trades they actually want, but it takes a bit of setup before you can use it.
