Ripper is a legendary knife that was added during Halloween Event 2020. Players got it by buying tier 29 of the Main Event, which has 30 tiers. Tiers 2 to 30 cost 600 Candies each, and tier 1 is free, so reaching Ripper took 16,800 Candies in total. The event ran from October 26, 2020 to November 22, 2020, and Ripper is trading only now.

Appearance and Best Pairings

Ripper has a blade made of dark bricks with silver spikes, and the edge underneath is lime green. The guard is silver and the handle is solid black with silver points. It pairs with its gun counterpart, Ripper Gun, as part of the Ripper Set. For another gun that matches the knife, Toxic Gun is a good pick because its green barrel and gray cylinder line up with the lime green edge and silver parts.

Ripper Knife Background

Ripper came out on October 26, 2020, the first day of Halloween Event 2020. It was the second-to-last reward in the Main Event, after a Pumpkin Key at tier 28 and before the ancient knife Hallowscythe at tier 30. Players who bought tier 30 then got a quest to collect 80,000 Candies to unlock Hallowscythe.

Its gun counterpart took a different route. Ripper Gun came from the 2020 Halloween Box, which opened with a Pumpkin Key or 600 Candies and gave it a 5% drop chance. The event also had Part 2, a second game mode that opened on November 7, 2020, after an eight-day delay.

Ripper is a tier reward, so every player who paid the 600 Candies per tier reached it for sure. Nobody had to rely on luck to get the knife, while the gun needed a lucky box pull. Both weapons are trading only now that the event has ended.
