2. Eligibility

Murder Mystery 2 requires you to be 13+ unless you have a parent's permission. The same applies to Bloxswaps. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Account and Use

You are responsible for your Roblox account and any activity conducted via Bloxswaps. You recognise that Bloxswaps DOES not access your Roblox account, and the safety of your account is your responsibility.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Use automated tools (bots/scripts) that disrupt the service.
• Engage in scamming, deceptive behavior, or abuse of other users.

4. Trading Disclaimer

Bloxswaps facilitates trades using in-game mechanics but cannot guarantee the availability, value, or permanence of in-game items.

• All trades are final once processed.
• We are not responsible for in-game changes or bans related to Roblox or MM2's policies.

5. No Affiliation

Bloxswaps is an independent service. We are not associated with:

• Roblox Corporation
• Murder Mystery 2
• Any developers or studios connected to these entities

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloxswaps is not liable for:

• Lost virtual items
• Account bans/suspensions
• Platform downtime or service errors
