About Harvester

Harvester is an ancient gun that came out of the Halloween Event 2021, which ran from October 23 to November 25, 2021. It sat at the very end of the Main Event's 30 tier track, and getting there meant grinding out 97,400 Candies total between the tier costs and the final 80,000 Candies needed to buy Harvester once tier 30 unlocked, close to 6,000 Robux worth if bought outright. The event ended in November 2021, so trading is the only way to pick it up now.

Appearance and Best Pairings

Harvester takes the shape of a crossbow, carved from dark stone and steel with an emerald green shooting line and a matching green arrow loaded into it. Its official match is the Evo knife Reaver at its final Ancient stage, a stone-gray double-bladed scythe laced with green cracks that mirrors Harvester's color scheme almost exactly.

Reaver was never tradable though, even back when its game pass was on sale, so it isn't something you can actually build a loadout with today. For a pairing you can put together and trade, Candleflame works well instead, the other godly knife from the same Halloween Event 2021 lineup.

Harvester Background

Harvester holds the record for being the first ancient gun ever added to MM2, with Icepiercer following as the second about fourteen months later during Christmas Event 2022, and Gingerscope arriving as the third in Christmas Event 2023. Halloween Event 2021 was also the first event to put two ancients into a single update, Harvester and Reaver's final stage, and the first event built around an Evo weapon system at all.

The gun got caught up in the Candleflame Glitch of 2021, an exploit named after its more well-known victim that let players duplicate items, Harvester included, which pushed Nikilis to ban accounts holding unusually large stacks of it.

Harvester also carries leaderboard trophy versions in blue, bronze, silver, and gold, handed out based on how high players ranked on the Candies Collected leaderboard that Halloween. The event broke MM2's player count record at 194,410 concurrent players, a mark that held until the Valentine's Event 2023 pushed past it.
