About Starry Gun (2020)
Starry Gun (2020) is a common gun that was originally obtainable by unlocking ten doors in Scary Mode during the Halloween Event 2020, the second part of an event that ran from October 26 to November 22, 2020. It was the only MM2 event ever split into two parts. Trading is the only way to get Starry Gun (2020) now.
Starry Gun (2020) shares its name with Starry Gun (2021), a rare gun from Christmas Event 2021, and with Starry Knife (2021) and Starry Knife (2026). They are all separate items, so check the type and year before you trade.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Starry Gun (2020) takes the shape of a revolver with a matte black body, speckled all over with tiny white dots like a starlit night sky. The grip carries the same speckled texture. Galaxy is a good knife to pair it with, since its purple blade is covered in stars and its solid black handle matches the dark body of the gun. Slashed is the other pick, as it came from the same Scary Mode as Starry Gun (2020) and gives you a loadout from one event.
Starry Gun (2020) Background
The other half of the Halloween Event 2020 ran through the 2020 Halloween Box, which cost a Pumpkin Key or 600 Candies to open. Its godly gun, Hallowgun, sat at a 0.2% chance; Ripper Gun was the legendary gun at 5%, and every other weapon in the box landed at 10% or higher. Scary Mode handed out Starry Gun (2020) without any of that luck involved.
Scary Mode was built like a Piggy style game, with one Clown hunting five Innocents and a gun safe as the way out. Seven rewards came from the mode: the Key Toy emote, Starry Gun (2020), the Batswarm effect, Slashed, Bats Knife (2020), Hallowradio, and Hallow’s Blaze. Starry Gun (2020) was the only gun among them. Current trade trackers put Starry Gun (2020) around 5 with Low demand.
