About Emberscythe
Emberscythe is an ancient knife that came out with Halloween Event 2026 on October 18, 2026. Players can craft it at the Cauldron in the lobby by combining Embersickle, which has a 0.2% chance in the Halloween Box, with Emberbow, the final Battle Pass reward that costs 100,000 Candies. Each craft also has a low chance of giving Chroma Emberscythe instead. The event runs until November 16, 2026, and Emberscythe can also be gained through trading.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Emberscythe takes the shape of a scythe and follows the purple and gold color scheme of the Ember items. The handle is royal purple, and the joint between the handle and the blade has a purple and gold pumpkin head. The blade starts with purple roots and a gold interior, and it ends in a steel grey tip.
Its partners are Emberbow and Embersickle, and together the three make the Ember Set. Emberbow is a crossbow with the same royal purple and gold look. Chroma Emberbow is another good gun to pair with Emberscythe. It is the chroma reskin of Emberbow, so it keeps the same design and matches the knife.
Emberscythe Background
Halloween Event 2026 brought back crafting through the Cauldron, which sits behind the event NPC in the lobby. Players need both Embersickle and Emberbow to use it, and they can craft as many times as they want as long as they have the materials. It is the first event since Season 1 where players can craft an ancient weapon, and Emberscythe is one of the first two ancients to have a chroma version, along with Emberbow.
Halloween Event 2026 also had the Mortal Bundle, the yearly limited-time offer, which costs 3,399 Robux for the godly knife Mortal, the godly gun Immortal, and the Smolder effect. The knife and the gun can each be bought separately for 1,699 Robux. The event also brought back the Bingo Challenge for the first time since Easter 2023, where players complete challenges on a 3x3 grid to win effects and toys.
