About Clockwork
Clockwork was a godly knife that Nikilis put on sale on February 9, 2016, for 1,299 Robux, together with the godly pet Steambird and the Gear Storm effect. Trading is now the only way to add Clockwork to a collection, since that sale ended. It completes the Clockwork Set with Steambird.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Clockwork takes the shape of a broad, straight blade in translucent lavender, lined along the top edge with a row of small gold gear like teeth. A gold guard sits at the base, styled like an interlocking set of gears, with a small round gem at the center. The handle is wrapped in dark brown, bound with crossed black cord. Its Set partner is the godly pet Steambird, and for a gun pairing, Plasmabeam works well, since its silver body and purple fade sit close to the lavender gray of the blade.
Clockwork Background
Clockwork had a short sale window. The 8-Bit Set took its place on February 22, 2016, which left about two weeks to buy it, and 1,255 players picked it up in that time. Gear Storm, the effect that came with it, makes the player's knife give off gear particles and turns a victim's body into a pile of gears when they are killed. Clockwork's own model comes from the Roblox gear Gearworks Sword, while Steambird's comes from the Steampunk Attack Birds gear. Current trade trackers put Clockwork around 10 with Low demand.
