What Is A Godly In MM2?
First of all we need to establish what a Godly actually is? In Murder Mystery, there are 8 different kind of weapon rarities.

A Godly can come in the form of a weapon such as a knife or gun but you can also get Godly pets. However almost all the Murder Mystery 2 playerbase doesn’t use pets so if you want the bragging rights of owning a Godly, it needs to take the form of a weapon.
Why Does Everyone Want A Godly In MM2?
With so many different Rarities why is there so much emphasis on owning a Godly? Why is there not the same hype over a Chroma or an Ancient weapon? After all some of these items are more expensive than Godlys! The answer is simple. Rarity mixed with their clean appearance.
You see from Common to Legendary, knives and guns all come under a similar shape, the only difference is they have a different skin design wrapped around them. How To Get A Godly?

In order to trade for a godly it first needs to be in circulation on the game via crates or the store. Every special event Nikilas releases a godly / Godly set for sale via robux often 1699 Robux per item. As well as this Nikilas releases another Godly in a crate along with the chroma version.
What Are The Chances Of Getting A Godly Out Of A Crate?
For a while, the odds of getting a Godly from a crate were actually unknown until Nikilas revealed that it was a 0.02% chance of getting a Godly, in other words, you’d need to open up 500 Crates just to get one!

That means to open one crate it will require 2 hours of non-stop playing! Remember it takes 500 Crates to get one Godly, so now you will need to play for 1000 Hours which is 41 and a half days of playing non stop 24 hours a day. Obviously you need sleep so lets assume you play for 12 hours a day that means it would take 83 days of playing MM2 just to get one Godly!
