Rainbow Gun is a rare gun that drops from Mystery Box 1. The box costs 1,000 Coins, 100 Diamonds, or 1 Mystery Key to open, and rare weapons have a 10% chance of coming out of it. Mystery Box 1 is still on sale, so Rainbow Gun can be unboxed today. It can also be traded for.

Appearance and Best Pairings

Rainbow Gun is a revolver colored with the full rainbow. The barrel is purple and blue, the cylinder is teal and green, and the grip fades into orange and red. For a matching loadout, pair it with the Rainbow Knife, its partner knife under the same name. The knife has a blade with the same rainbow gradient, a white guard, and a black handle.

Rainbow Gun arrived with the Season 1 update on May 25, 2019, as one of the few guns added with it. Mystery Box 1 was the first box released in that update. Rainbow Gun and the Space Knife share the box's 10% rare slot, and the box's godly Gemstone has a 0.2% chance. Three other items share the name Rainbow, so check the type and rarity before trading:

• The rare Rainbow Knife is its partner knife. It comes from Knife Box 1, and it was first a promotional reward for buying merchandise from shopmm2.com before moving into the box.

• The Rainbow Knife (Godly) was sold through the Rainbow Game Pass for 1,699 Robux, or in the Rainbow Bundle for 3,399 Robux, when Easter Event 2023 began on April 2, 2023.

• The Rainbow Gun (Godly) came from the same event, with its own Rainbow Gun Game Pass at 1,699 Robux or the same bundle. It forms the Rainbow Set with the godly knife.

The two godly versions are worth far more than this rare gun, so mixing them up can ruin a trade.
