About Reindeer Pet
Reindeer is a common pet added during Christmas Event 2016. It was sold in Santa's Workshop for 20 Blue Tokens, which made it the second cheapest item in the shop after the Elf pet. Players earned Blue Tokens by salvaging weapons for toy parts, crafting toys from them, and selling the toys to the workshop.
A single Skateboard sold for 40 Blue Tokens, which was enough for two Reindeer. The event ran from December 25, 2016 to January 13, 2017. Blue Tokens only existed in this one event, so trading is the only way to get Reindeer now.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Reindeer is a brown reindeer with a set of branching antlers and a red harness with yellow dots. It is shown leaping, with its legs stretched out. For a knife, try Hot Chocolate, which has a brown blade and a red cup that match the pet's colors. For a gun, the Gingerbread Gun (2025) is a good fit, with a brown body, red accents, and a black grip.
Reindeer Pet Background
Reindeer's model comes from the Roblox gear Flying Reindeer and was published by Nikilis, the creator of Murder Mystery 2. It was the first reindeer-themed pet in the game.
The Blue Token shop in 2016 sold seven items, and Reindeer sat near the bottom of the price list. Only the Elf pet at 6 Blue Tokens cost less. Gingerbread (Radio) cost 35, Snowflakes (Effect) 85, Candy Cane (Radio) 100, Snowy (Radio) 300, and Ice Dragon 750. Because Blue Tokens were exclusive to this event, players had a short window to earn them, and Reindeer was one of the easiest items to afford.
Two other items share the name Reindeer, and both are knives, so check the type and year before you trade:
The 2024 Reindeer is a common knife unboxed from the 2024 Christmas Box.
The 2025 Reindeer is a common knife earned by completing Santa's List in the Christmas Event 2025.
The 2016 Reindeer is the only one of the three that is a pet.
