About Peppermint
Peppermint is a godly knife that was added on December 13, 2020, during the pre-release of the Christmas Event 2020. It went live at 9:02 PM EST as the Peppermint Game Pass, priced at 1,699 Robux, ten days before the full event launched on December 23. It stayed on sale for over two months, until the Heartblade Game Pass replaced it on February 20, 2021, and trading is the only way to get it now that the Game Pass is off sale.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Peppermint has a silver-blue blade with a brown-and-red candy-stripe pattern running down the center, a candy-cane crossguard, and an orange pommel. The brown surrounding the stripes and the buckle-like center are a nod to Father Christmas' belt. For a loadout, Sugar is the best gun to run with it. It is a godly gun from Christmas Event 2015, and its candy-cane look matches the stripes on Peppermint's blade.
Peppermint Background
Peppermint was the shop knife that took over Prismatic's spot on the Game Pass shelf. When Part 1 of the Christmas Event 2020 launched, the Cookieblade Game Pass joined it at the same 1,699 Robux price. Both were sold side by side until the Heartblade Game Pass replaced them on February 20, 2021, which made Peppermint's time on sale about 69 days. It is one of several candy-cane-themed weapons in MM2, alongside Lugercane, Eternalcane, Minty, Candy, and Sugar.
Peppermint was also one of the shop items hit by the 2022 Duping Glitch, which started with players duplicating Icewing and spread to other Game Pass knives like Heartblade, Bioblade, and Prismatic. Nikilis deleted most of the large duplicated stacks of shop items on October 16, 2022.
The name Peppermint was reused for two unrelated Common items in Christmas Event 2025, so check the item before you trade.
Peppermint Gun (2025) is a Common gun from the Christmas Event 2025 Battle Pass.
Peppermint Knife (2025) is a Common knife from the 2025 Christmas Box.
The two 2025 versions are a matching pair in the Peppermint Set and are worth a tiny fraction of the 2020 godly knife, so always check for the 1,699 Robux Game Pass version with the silver-blue blade.
