About Eggblade
Eggblade is a godly knife that was originally sold through the Eggblade Game Pass for 1,699 Robux, released on April 3, 2021. Buying the Game Pass was the only direct way to get it, with no crates, eggs, or event currency involved.
The Game Pass has since gone off sale, so trading is now the only way to add Eggblade to your inventory. Its price matched the other godly knife Game Passes sold around the same time, including Heartblade and Nebula.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Eggblade has a pale blade with a multicolored diamond-cut pattern running through the middle and ropes tied around the whole length. The guard is a brown Easter basket packed with colored eggs and topped with a red bow, and the brown handle ends in an Easter egg pommel.
For a matching loadout, Flora is a strong gun to run with it. Flora has a white-to-pink gradient body wrapped in green vines with a flower at the base, so its soft spring colors line up with the pastel eggs on Eggblade, and it was also an Easter release, sold during the 2025 Easter Event.
Eggblade Background
Eggblade is the first Easter-themed godly in MM2, designed by IDontHaveAUse. It took over the shop slot from the Heartblade Game Pass, and the Nebula Game Pass came after it, with all three priced at 1,699 Robux. The next Easter godlies came four years later with Bloom and Flora, both sold during the Easter Event 2025, which ran from April 18 to May 29, 2025.
Eggblade also served as Murder Mystery 2's game icon for a period of time, the same as Nebula. In 2022, it was one of the items hit by the Duping Glitch, which was patched on October 16, 2022, a glitch that also affected Heartblade and Nebula.
