About Chroma Fire Dog
Chroma Fire Dog is a Chroma Godly pet hatched from the Common Egg, which costs 1,000 Coins or 100 Diamonds, and was released with Season 1. The egg holds 21 pets, and Chroma Fire Dog has a 0.004% hatch chance, compared with 0.2% for Fire Dog. The Common Egg is still the regular way to get pets outside events, so it can still be hatched. It can also be traded for.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Chroma Fire Dog uses the same model as Fire Dog, a cube-headed dog with floppy ears, blue eyes, and its tongue out, with a puff of smoke on top. Its body cycles through every color of the rainbow instead of staying red. Pets have no Set, so pair it by color. For a knife, try Chroma Heat, whose blade runs through the same full rainbow. For a gun, try Rainbow Gun, a revolver that fades through the same colors.
Chroma Fire Dog Background
Chroma Fire Dog is the chroma version of Fire Dog and the chroma fire version of the common Dog. Every one of the egg's seven base pets has a Fire version and a Chroma Fire version, and the Common Egg was the first pet egg to include fire and chroma fire reskins.
The Common Egg replaced the Pet Box in Season 1. It is the only egg that drops these chroma pets. Only one other item shares this name, Fire Dog, which is the red godly pet version and is worth far less than the chroma. The egg's odds are split like this:
Fire pets, including Fire Dog: 0.2% each
Chroma Fire pets, including Chroma Fire Dog: 0.004% each
That puts Chroma Fire Dog at the bottom of the egg's odds table, behind every other pull in the egg.
