About Phoenix

Phoenix is a godly pet that was originally obtainable only by purchasing the 8-Bit Item Pack Game Pass for 899 Robux. Nikilis teased the pack on February 21, 2016, and released it the next day. Besides Phoenix, the pack included the godly knife Pixel and the Bitsplosion effect. The 8-Bit Item Pack has since gone off sale, so trading is the only way to get Phoenix now.

Appearance and Best Pairings

Phoenix is a pixelated bird with orange and yellow feathers and broad wings. When equipped, it flies behind the player and leaves a trail of yellow fire. Phoenix is part of the 8-Bit Set with its partner knife, Pixel. For a gun that matches its orange and red colors, try Molten Gun.

Phoenix Background

Phoenix is part of the 8-Bit Set, one of the four original item sets in MM2. The other three are the Full Old Glory Set, the Full Virtual Set, and the Clockwork Set, which the 8-Bit Set replaced on sale. Like the Clockwork Set, it has no godly gun, and only 1,131 players bought it. Its Game Pass description called both items “ULTRA RARE” and said they could not be obtained any other way.

It also warned buyers not to purchase it twice from the website, and to use the in-game buy button for a second set. Phoenix’s model comes from the Roblox gear 8 Bit Phoenix, which sold in the avatar shop for 500 Robux. Pixel’s model comes from the 8-Bit Sword gear. Phoenix is one of three phoenix pets in MM2, alongside Frostbird and Ice Phoenix.
