About Frostsaber
Frostsaber is a godly knife that was originally bought for 5,000 Snowflake Tokens in Santa's Workshop during the Christmas Event 2017, which ran from December 25, 2017, to February 27, 2018. It was the most expensive item sold for Snowflake Tokens, and players earned the tokens mainly by crafting toys and selling them to the workshop, with a Tablet paying 2,500 tokens on its own. An Ultra Wrapped Tablet doubled that to 5,000, exactly the price of Frostsaber, and making one took four Tablet Parts and Ultra Wrapping Paper, which cost 250 Gems. The event has ended, so trading is the only way to get it now.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Frostsaber takes the shape of a broad sword with a pale blue, icy blade that is faceted like cut crystal. A diamond shaped light blue gem sits at the center of the blade just above the crossguard, with two curved blue spikes flaring out on either side. The handle is black, wrapped in blue banding near the top and bottom. Icepiercer is a strong gun pairing, since its ice themed crossbow design with ice spikes and a light blue shooting trail matches the icy blade.
Frostsaber Background
Frostsaber was one of four godly knives released in Christmas Event 2017, and all four were modeled on Roblox gear from the avatar shop. Frostsaber came from Freezing Elf's Ice Sword, a gear that came with the Freezing Elf bundle and is now off sale. The other three godly knives from the event were:
Snowflake Knife (2017), Godly, 3,000 Snowflake Tokens
Winter's Edge, Godly, Christmas Box at a 0.2% chance
Ice Shard, Godly, Winter Item Pack for 1,299 Robux
Frostsaber and Snowflake Knife (2017) were the only godlies sold in Santa's Workshop, which is why the other two had to come from the box or the pack. When salvaged at the crafting station, Frostsaber gives 11 godly shards, which sits between Snowflake Knife (2017) at 10 and Ice Shard at 12, while Winter's Edge gives 22. Christmas Event 2017 also remains the longest Christmas event the game has had at 64 days, with Christmas Event 2023 next at 44 days. Current trade trackers put Frostsaber around 10 with Low.
