About Eternal
Eternal is a godly knife released on November 5, 2016, to promote Murder Mystery 2's merch. It was obtainable by buying merch from ShopMM2 and redeeming the promotional code that came with it. The purchase window ran from November 5 to November 14, 2016. The merch has sold out, so trading is now the only way to get Eternal. It is the first of the Eternal knives. Eternal II, Eternal III, Eternal IV, and Eternalcane followed it.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Eternal is a knife with a long, cracked, slightly jagged gray blade tinted indigo, with a scratched silver edge. The silver guard has curved quillons, two sets of horns, and glowing red eyes. The handle has a silver paracord wrap with glowing red beads.
Eternal is part of the Full Eternal Set, alongside Eternal II, Eternal III, Eternal IV, and Eternalcane. For a gun, Universe is a close color match, since its deep indigo-purple body echoes the blade's indigo tint.
Eternal Background
Eternal was the first time Nikilis, the creator of Murder Mystery 2, gave an exclusive item to players who bought merch within a set timeframe. That window was November 5-14, 2016. Its model comes from the limited Roblox gear Sword of the Eternal Abyss. Eternal II, Eternal III, Eternal IV, and Eternalcane use the same model with different colors.
The Eternals came out over several years:
Eternal: November 5, 2016
Eternal II: November 17, 2018
Eternal III: June 9, 2019
Eternalcane: December 6, 2019
Eternal IV: May 20, 2020
Eternal IV is the fifth Eternal to release, even though its name suggests the fourth, because Eternalcane came out before it. Eternal's red eyes and beads set it apart from the turquoise of Eternal II, the green of Eternal III, and the purple of Eternal IV.
