About Silent Night Gun
Silent Night is a rare gun that comes from the 2020 Christmas Box, sitting at a 10% drop chance alongside the other rares in that box's lineup. The box itself cost 800 Snow Tokens or a Snow Key to open during the Christmas Event 2020, which launched its full Part 1 release on December 23, 2020, and ran until January 13, 2021. Trading is the only way to pick it up now that the event has closed.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Silent Night's gradient runs from a soft lilac by the grip up through deepening shades toward a black muzzle, with small stars scattered across the barrel and one oversized star near the center standing in for the night sky the name refers to. The handle stays a plain solid black, letting the gradient carry the design on its own.
The natural pairing here is the Silent Night Knife, its official Set partner and a near-identical color match, carrying the same lilac-to-black fade with its own star detailing worked into the blade. Carrying both completes the Silent Night Set.
Silent Night Gun Background
The 2020 Christmas Box split its Set pairs across two different acquisition methods more than once, and Silent Night is one of them. The gun was a straight box pull at 10%, the same odds as Snowflakes Knife (2020), while its knife counterpart sat at tier 15 of the Main Event ladder at 800 Snow Tokens per tier. A player could walk away with one half of the Silent Night Set from pure box luck and still need to grind out fifteen tiers of the Main Event for the other.
That same Christmas Box '20 lineup is where Iceblaster came from as the box's godly pull, the event that also introduced Icebreaker as the 20-tier Main Event finale and Jinglegun as the 100-Gift reward from the Gifting Center. Silent Night never got folded into the event's bigger storylines the way those items did, it stayed a straightforward box rare that owes its lasting demand to the Set pairing and the design itself rather than any event milestone.
