About Heartblade
Heartblade was sold as its own 1,699 Robux game pass starting February 20, 2021, making it the first Valentine's Day themed godly knife in MM2, a spot Sakura would follow into years later. It replaced the Cookieblade Game Pass in the shop and lasted just eleven days before Eggblade took its place for Easter. Trading is the only way to add Heartblade now that the Game Pass has gone off sale, and unlike most later Valentine's godlies, it never picked up an official gun Set partner.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Heartblade has a shiny silver blade with a red heart imprinted near the top, swirly engraved lines running beneath it that split the blade in two toward the bottom around a light pink crystal, and a light pink edge. The guard is a bright red winged heart held together by a light pink prong, leading into a silver diamond-cut handle with a silver and light pink arrowhead pommel. It never got an official Set partner, but the gun Love makes a fitting pairing anyway, sharing the same pink and red heart motif.
Heartblade Background
The Game Pass knife slot cycled fast that year. Prismatic held it from July 17, 2020, going off sale briefly during Halloween Event 2020 before returning for a short stretch, until Cookieblade and Peppermint took over for good on December 13, 2020. Nebula followed after Eggblade's run ended, recognizable for its gold blade and purple aura, and was once used as MM2's own icon.
It was one of several shop items swept into the Duping Glitch that Nikilis shut down on October 16, 2022, though it was only mildly affected compared to Icewing, which took the brunt of that wave. It was designed by IDontHaveAUse, the same artist behind most of MM2's Game Pass godlies from that era. Current trade trackers put it around 65 with Low demand.
