About Glitch1
Glitch1 traces back to Batwing's 2018 release as a 2,499 Robux Game Pass exclusive to Nikilis, when a handful of buyers managed to dupe it. To get the exploit under control, Nikilis started converting every duped copy of Batwing into a new common knife, at the time just called Glitch, rather than banning the items outright. There's no official Set partner since it was never a designed release to begin with, and trading is the only way to get one today.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Glitch1 uses the same mesh and texture as the default knife, recolored entirely white except for a slightly darker handle, with its preview picture standing straight up rather than tilted to the side. There's no official Set partner, but Darkbringer makes a fitting pick, the gun that Batwing, the item Glitch1 was duped from, is itself commonly partnered with.
Glitch1 Background
Glitch1 went without a real value for years, since the community that decided such things didn't think a duplicated item deserved one. That changed on October 15, 2021, when it finally got its own Special Tier placement under the Commons section and a real number attached to it.
For years the item just went by "Glitch," alongside a second one also sharing that name. Nikilis split the two apart on January 24, 2023, renaming them Glitch1 and Glitch2 so they'd stop getting mixed up in trades and value discussions.
