About Fire Pig
Fire Pig is a godly pet added with the Season 1 update on May 25, 2019. It is hatched from the Common Egg, which costs 1,000 Coins or 100 Diamonds and holds 21 pets. Fire Pig has a 0.2% hatch chance, the same as the other six Fire pets in the egg. Fire Pig is still available from the Common Egg and through trading. It is the non-chroma version of Chroma Fire Pig.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Fire Pig is a blocky pig with a bright red body, large pointed ears, and a fire trail behind it. Fire Pig belongs to the Fire Pet Set, along with Fire Bunny, Fire Dog, Fire Bat, Fire Bear, Fire Cat, and Fire Fox. For a loadout, pair it with the red-and-white Peppermint (Godly) and the matching red-and-white Gingermint gun.
Fire Pig Background
Fire Pig is the red fire version of the uncommon Pig. It shares its name with one other item: Chroma Fire Pig, which has the same design but cycles through rainbow colors. Chroma Fire Pig hatches from the same egg at 0.004%, compared with 0.2% for Fire Pig.
The Common Egg replaced the Pet Box in Season 1 and was the first pet egg to include fire and chroma fire versions of its pets. Each of its 7 base pets has both versions. The odds for every pet in the egg are:
Pig: uncommon, 60%
Fox: uncommon, 25%
Each fire pet, including Fire Pig: godly, 0.2%
Each chroma fire pet, including Chroma Fire Pig: godly, 0.004%
That makes Fire Pig far rarer than the Pig it is based on, but 50 times more likely to hatch than its chroma version.
