About Dungeon
Dungeon is a rare knife that came out of the 2019 Halloween Box, unboxable for 1,000 Candies or a single Pumpkin Key during Halloween Event 2019, which ran from October 26 to November 16 that year. It landed at a 10% pull rate in that box, the same odds as the box's other rare drop, the gun Snakebite. The event closed out once November 16 hit, so trading is the only way to add Dungeon to your collection now.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Dungeon's blade is dark gray with red tints running through it and a rough, stone-like texture across the surface, with the edge picking up a lighter gray still carrying that same red tint. The guard is solid black, and the handle is wrapped in brown tape.
Its natural pairing is Snakebite, the gun that shared the same rare slot in the 2019 Halloween Box, giving players a matched box-tier loadout from that same event even though the two were never bundled as an official Set.
Dungeon Background
Halloween Event 2019 was the fifth Halloween event MM2 had run, following 2015 through 2018. Every knife model in that year's box Dungeon included, was designed by IDontHaveAUse and shown off on their Twitter ahead of the update, a step up from 2017's box, which had leaned on reused 2016 designs like Green Marble and Scratch instead of anything new.
The event also ran a Candy Exchange letting players convert Diamonds into Candies at a 1-to-10 rate, on top of earning Candies directly from rounds, giving players two paths to afford the box or climb the 40-tier Main Event ladder that sat alongside it.
