About Prince Knife
Prince Knife is a Vintage knife that players bought from the Murder Mystery 1 shop for 2,000 Points or 40 Cash. Murder Mystery 1 launched in January 2014, and its shop weapons carried over into Murder Mystery 2 as Vintage items. Trading is the only way to get Prince Knife now. It forms the Prince Set with Prince Gun.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Prince Knife takes the shape of a straight dagger with a smooth silver blade, etched with faint swirling engravings near the spine. A gold crossguard curls outward on either side with small horn like points, centered around a round purple gem. The handle is gold, wrapped in a woven, lattice like pattern. It pairs with Prince Gun, its partner in the Prince Set, so the two together complete the Set. Prince Gun shares its name with the knife, so check the type before you trade.
Prince Knife Background
Prince Knife was one of ten weapons sold in the Murder Mystery 1 shop. At 2,000 Points or 40 Cash, it cost far less than Shadow Knife at 125 Cash and Blood at 4,000 Points or 175 Cash, which was the most expensive knife in the game. Its model comes from Dagger of Shattered Dimensions, a limited gear item on Roblox.
Weapons bought before the Murder Mystery 2 update appeared in player inventories under a tier called Classic, which was renamed Vintage in the Season 1 update on May 25, 2019. All ten Vintage weapons, Prince Knife included, are now trading only. The Classic Knife and Classic Gun were the only originals left out of the conversion, because the Default Knife and Default Gun replaced them.
On September 17, 2026, the Retro Bundle added seven weapons modeled on the Vintage ones for 799 Robux as part of The Hunt: Roblox 20 Event, including Prince Gun as a Rare gun. Current trade trackers put Prince Knife around 6 with Low demand.
