About Cookiecane
Cookiecane is a godly knife that came from the 2022 Christmas Box, a crate bought for 700 Snow Tokens or 1 Snow Key during the Christmas Event 2022, which ran from December 21, 2022 to January 22, 2023. It held the box's godly slot at the fixed 0.2% rate every box godly carries, while its chroma counterpart, Chroma Cookiecane, sat in that same slot at the usual 0.004% chroma rate.
Now that the event has ended, Cookiecane can only be added to an inventory through trading. It pairs with the godly gun Gingermint as the Cookie Set, and isn't to be confused with Cookieblade, a separate godly knife from Christmas Event 2020.
Appearance and Best Pairings
Cookiecane takes the shape of a broad, curved blade in plain silver, with a brown wooden section near the base wrapped in red and white candy cane stripes. Small red and green gems are studded along the wrapped section, and the crossguard is gold with a curled hook shape on one side. Cookiecane's matched partner is Gingermint, the gun half of the Cookie Set, giving it an official pairing.
Cookiecane Background
Cookiecane dropped from the 2022 Christmas Box, which players opened for 700 Snow Tokens or a single Snow Key during the Christmas Event 2022, running from December 21, 2022, to January 22, 2023, the eighth Christmas event the game had run. That same event introduced a new map, Ice Castle, built by designer Zyleak, alongside three returning Christmas maps on the vote screen: Workshop, Log Cabin, and Train Station.
It was also the first Christmas event since 2016 to skip pets, emotes, and radios entirely, so weapons were the only thing the Christmas Box or that year's Battle Pass line handed out. Tier 20 of that year's Battle Pass handed over a different ancient gun, Icepiercer, for a total of 75,000 Snow Tokens across the ladder; the box's own legendary slot went to Arctic Knife, and its uncommons included Mistletoe Knife.
The lobby that year recreated Saint Nikilis' workshop, and its hidden office, opened by lining a red present up with a mark outside the door, held a display case with the Bloxcon Hall of Fame 2014 trophy, three separate Bloxy Awards, a mask from Scary Mode, and the game's own Knife Crown. Cookiecane carries no recorded glitch or duping history of its own from that event. Current trade trackers put it around 13 with Low demand.
